Parts & Prizes Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promoter:

Campaign Period:
1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026

Eligibility:

Open to registered independent collision panel repairers in Australia with up-to-date trade accounts.
Trade Panel Repair Customers only.
No COD (Cash on Delivery) Repairers apply.
Excludes APG employees and their immediate families.

Entry Mechanism:

Every AUD $1,000 (incl. GST) in net qualifying panel parts purchases (Customer Order/s) during Quarter 2 (1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026) = 1 entry.
Returns, credits, discounts, or cancelled orders will be deducted from qualifying purchases.
Entries do not roll over to subsequent quarters.

Prize:

One premium experience package for two (State of Origin Game 3) valued at approximately AUD $10,000
Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.

Draw Details:

Winner will be selected at random within 7 business days after 30 June 2026.
Notification will be via email and phone by the winner’s Account Manager.
If contact is unsuccessful within 5 business days, a redraw may be conducted.

Compliance & Permits:

This is a trade promotion lottery (game of chance), compliant with Australian Consumer Law and relevant state regulations.
No permit required in QLD, VIC, WA, and TAS for prizes under AUD $5,000.
If required in other states, APG will secure necessary permits.

Privacy:

Data collected will be used solely to administer the Q2 draw and in accordance with APG’s Privacy Policy.

Changes & Liability:

APG reserves the right to substitute prize components, modify, or cancel the draw as needed. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted under Australian law.

AAAA Expo Bonus Entry:

Eligible customers who attend the AAAA Collision Repair Expo 2026 and complete the official APG AAAA Expo Entry Form at the APG stand during the event will receive one (1) additional bonus entry into the Q2 Parts & Prizes draw, regardless of purchase volume.
To qualify for the AAAA Expo bonus entry:

The entrant must attend the AAAA Expo in person.
The entry form must be completed in full during the event dates.
Only one bonus entry per eligible business will be awarded.
Expo bonus entries are in addition to any entries earned through qualifying purchases.

Marketing & Communications Consent:

By completing the AAAA Expo Entry Form, entrants consent to Automotive Parts Group (APG) collecting and using their contact details for:

Administering the Parts & Prizes promotion, and
Sending future communications relating to APG products, services, promotions, events, and trade offers.
