If you hold an account with us, you can apply for full access to our website. Please download the web registration form and fax the completed form to your state branch for processing.

Credit Return Requests

For our regional customers, we request that you fill out the credit return form and fax or email it to the appropriate state branch for authorisation prior to returning parts for credit. For metropolitan areas serviced by our drivers, please ensure you provide detailed information as to the reason for the part being returned. Your co-operation assists us in managing the credit and return-to-stock processes to ensure our inventory is well maintained.
